When we bought the new home, we were prepared to be able to sell our old home quickly. However after we bought our new home, the market shifted and we had some challenges. Kelly stayed consistent in educating us on the market trends and working with us to get the buyer we needed. Kelly is a top notch negotiator and will go above and beyond! She even went and trimmed up bushes and shoveled a snowy driveway! Without a doubt she is the best of the best!

When a deal goes well, any realtor will do. When my deal got difficult and the troubles with closing, Kelly really showed her experience. She was on top of all the details and made sure I was aware of what options were there and what we'd need to do to either close the deal or "jump ship" to another offer. She was able to negotiate a good deal and kept me in the driving seat. If you are selling, I'd really recommend Kelly.
